However, for university students, e-book reader has lots of advantages which can be seen as firstly, e-book readers are more portable, students can carry a whole library of hundreds of books without worrying about their weight. Secondly, e-book readers are more safely stored and carried from one place to another, than ordinary books and they also withstand time more than books. Thirdly, ebooks in e-reader can show links which access easily to more information and related websites. Lastly, ebooks are much cheaper than traditional printed books!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s good idea to provide e-readers for university students and tuition fee can include it. It is necessary to ensure that every student in university has right to use and enjoy the device. If our campaign just for students who got high-technology devices, it is not workable.

  1. E-readers are definitely a good substitution for traditional textbooks, not to mention it could download and hold multiple textbooks, this would definitely relieve their financial burdens

    • we are happy to listen people who would like to use e-books instead of traditional printed textbooks. In order to make all our textbooks become e-version, it will take a long time to reform. but we never give up this campaign and we need your support! 🙂

  2. This is obviously a better approach than forcing students to purchase books with hundreds of dollars and use them for only one semester!

    • yea, we agree with you! we also think that’s not environmental friendly if producing lots of printed textbooks. so we want to create a textbooks rental station for every university. It helps to recycle used textbooks and let students to rent them.

  3. Carrying books that’s as heavy as dictionaries is definitely inconvenient. To make matters worse, tutors don’t use textbooks that much during tutorials. With e-readers, it’s really a lot more convenient for students.

  4. Price and heaviness of text book are my main concern, introduce of Ebooks can probably solve the problem by one stone killing two birds.
